Not the cheesy TV game show of the 1990s but my rather feeble attempt of making my weekly big shop my ‘exercise’ activity for Juneathon day 5!
Pushing a shopping trolley around with my 3 year old Blue One sat in there, plus the weekly shop – it’s quite a work out! Plus the lifting in and out of said small child, and then the carrying in of the bags once home and putting it away – it all adds up! 😛
I also completed five toe touches, five sit and reaches and five sit ups/tummy crunches!

It’s definitely exercise! I ache more after doing the weekly shop than I do after a 10km run!!! 😝 it’s working those core muscles!!! 😄xxx
